My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role is based in Tadley, offering a competitive salary and the convenience of on-site parking. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle enquiries via telephone, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage the company’s mailbox, ensuring all communications are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team and office operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and functional work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in preparing quotes and invoices.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Competence in managing email correspondence and general office duties.
  • A proactive approach to office management and supply ordering.
