Tell me more about the role of the Industrial Recruitment Consultant.

Working alongside another Recruitment Consultant, you will be primarily assisting in all aspects of a fast-paced, very warm industrial desk. This is a fabulous opportunity for you to hit the ground running and earn bonus from day one.

Based in the company's Brierley Hill office, you'll be tasked with the following:

- Building relationships with candidates and potential clients

- Resourcing and administration for your roles

- Developing and expanding your desk through Account Management

- Delivering constant recruitment for key clients

- B2B outbound sales calls and new business lead generation

What experience do I need for this Industrial Recruitment Consultant role?

We want someone who's got a background in working as a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment agency.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- At least 6 months B2B sales experience

- A professional telephone manner

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- A general understanding of the industrial sector

What can I earn?

This Industrial Recruitment Consultant position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £28k per annum.
