We are actively recruiting a Risk Management Expert for a client in the Energy sector. This client is rapidly scaling with massive growth plans into 2025/2026, it is a very exciting time to join the business and put your stamp on the company as the Risk Manager.

This is a Hybrid role 1 or 2 days a week in the office in Southeast of England

Requirements

* Must have experience as a Risk Manager

* Ideally knowledge/understanding of the Energy industry

* Shaping the evolution of our risk management framework

* Supporting the business in managing risk effectively

* Embedding a strong risk culture

* You will have a strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g. COSO, ISO 31000), software, and tools.

* You will have the ability to build and maintain robust relationships across the business and ensure strong risk culture integration and business engagement.
