Your new schoolThis fantastic Primary School based in Wolverhampton is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join them. This Primary School believes that developing relationships with their children, their families, the community and the wider world, enables them to create a warm, caring, happy ethos, where everyone is welcome.Your new roleWe are looking for someone who is friendly, positive and can build a great rapport with children.In this job, you will be giving 1:1 support to a child in Year 6 with SEN. You will follow their EHCP plans, making sure they are focused on the work that is set for them, give feedback to the teacher on their learning progression and monitoring their behaviour. You will be working Monday-Tuesday morning from 8:30-12:30pm.What you'll need to succeed

• You must have a Level 2 Assistant qualification.
• Must have at least 2 years working in a classroom setting
• You must have experience supporting children with SEN.
• Strong understanding of child development and SEN
