Property Investment Consultant

Salary: £26k-£30k + Commission (OTE 50k-60k in 1st year)Location: Manchester City Centre Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Key Duties of the Property Investment Consultant:* Analysing market conditions and trends to identify profitable investment opportunities * Consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences and financial goals * Negotiation to ensure the best deals for clients * Building relationships with clients to sell investment properties suitable to their needs and requirements

The Key Criteria of the Property Investment Consultant:* Experience working within the property sector is beneficial* Sales experience desirable* Excellent verbal and written skills* Articulate and professional - with confidence to close a sale over the phone
