Our client, a top estate agency in Central London, is seeking an energetic Senior Sales Negotiator to become part of their high-achieving team. Key Responsibilities: - Property Sales: Manage the entire sales process from initial valuation to completion, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Listings: Secure new instructions and manage your own portfolio of properties, utilizing your market knowledge to achieve the best results.
- Negotiations: Negotiate sales terms to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties involved, demonstrating your expertise in closing deals.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the local market, competitor activity, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the residential estate agency sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving high commission earnings.
- Highly motivated and hardworking, with a drive to exceed targets and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of the Central London market is advantageous.

Commission: - 10% up to £100,000
- 12.5% between £100,000 - £150,000
- 15% over £150,000
- Target £250,000
