Are you an immediately available Finance Assistant?I am looking for a Finance Assistant to join a business in Chelmsford, for an initial 3-month temporary role.This will help them with a busy workload and help to catch up in the department. However, there could be potential for further opportunity.You would be in the office 5 days a week.The role

• Bookkeeping – booking in journal entries
• Bank reconciliation
• Petty cash
• Analysis of data from the general ledger for reporting
• General administration across the function, including assisting with managing emails across the central Finance inboxes

You must:

• Be immediate
• Have previous experience within a similar role to hit the ground running
• Previous purchase ledger experience
• Have used an accountancy package
• Able to work as part of a team or individual
• Have excellent communication skills
