FRIDAY: 08.30 - 15.30

£12.00 - £14.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Telesales Executive for our client based in Birmingham.

Day to Day Duties

• Responsible for conducting unscripted telephone appointment making and data cleansing
• Research and leading generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of Clients
• Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
• Answer questions about product specifications
• Book appointments with relevant prospects
• Complete data cleansing activities
• Carry out market research into various industries
• Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various make ups
• Accurately and efficiently enter details

Essential Skills

• Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls
• Must be able to speak English
• Must have a clear telephone voice
• I.T. Literate
• Understanding of working to targets
• Local to area / able to commute easily

Desirable Experience

• Previous Market Research or Contact Centre experience would be desirable

Training

• Two weeks office-based training provided, which is fully paid
