Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Supervisor (Temporary Role)
Location: Portsmouth (Site-Based)
Rate: £280 per day

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor for a temporary position on a busy site in Portsmouth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage mechanical subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to timelines.

* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of project goals.

* Maintain and manage all site paperwork, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

* Have proven experience in a similar Mechanical Site Manager / Supervising role.

* Be confident managing subcontractors and liaising with key stakeholders.

* Possess strong IT skills and the ability to handle site documentation effectively.
