Law Firm IT AnalystManchester£35,000 + BenefitsThis is an office based roleOur client is a regional Law Firm who is now looking to recruit an IT Analyst. The company are seeking a talented IT Analyst to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology, a strong customer service ethic, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.This role would ideally suit someone from a Law Firm IT support background.Position Overview:As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT systems and providing top-notch support to staff. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on IT support in a professional services environment, with a minimum of 1+ years of related experience.- Support users within a Windows Desktop 10 and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environment.- Configure Active Directory user accounts and permissions.- Utilize and support Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.- Demonstrate an awareness of Local Area Networking, including local patching to switches.- Deliver exceptional customer service, exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Collaborate effectively within a team, providing support to team members as needed.- Employ strong problem-solving and analysis skills, paying close attention to detail.- Take a proactive approach, self-motivating to effectively manage your workload.- Embrace a continuous improvement mentality, actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes.- Maintain a technical understanding of current leading technologies, suppliers, and industry terminology.- Demonstrate an awareness of data protection and confidentiality principles.**Qualifications:**- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional services environment.- Proficiency in supporting users within a Windows Desktop 10 and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environment.- Experience with Active Directory user configuration.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).- Familiarity with Local Area Networking and local patching to switches.- Exceptional customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Team player with a collaborative mindset.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.- Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends.- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality principles.This position is a permanent opportunity based in Manchester City Centre.
