Our client and its commercial team are looking for a 5PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding firm.

You will work on a large range of clients nationally advising on:

⁃ Advise on wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and other significant business transactions
⁃ Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements with clients
⁃ Help meet fee-earning income targets
⁃ Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions
⁃ Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
⁃ Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

You must be a team player with a hunger to succeed and drive the commercial department forwards via client scale up, networking and business development.

The person

⁃ 5 years PQE
⁃ Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law
⁃ Excellent client management skills
⁃ Ability to work as part of a team and nurture those around you
⁃ Ready to hit the ground running
⁃ Flexibility and 'can do' attitude
