The Role:As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top educational talent. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified teachers, teaching assistants, and other education professionals, ensuring a perfect fit for both the candidate and the client.
• Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, providing expert advice and ensuring successful placements.
• Business Development:Proactively seek out new business opportunities, including negotiating terms and managing client accounts.
• Market Insight: Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the education sector to better advise clients and candidates.
• Administration: Manage all necessary compliance, paperwork, and database entry to maintain a streamlined recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment is essential, within the education sector.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrable success in a sales-driven environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Sector Knowledge: A passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Teamwork: A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
