Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant for a Manufacturing company based in Coventry. This is a position suited to candidates with experience within an Accounts team and comfortable within a fast-paced environment.
 
Role responsibilities -

For the role of Accounts Assistant, you will be involved within various areas such as Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Payroll.
You will be supporting the Finance Manager, and this will be a varied position.
Processing payments and ensuring correct allocation as well as forecasting and planning all supplier payment runs will be required for the Accounts Assistant role.
This will be a fast paced and high pressured role, therefore the ability to work well within a team is a must. 
Role requirements -

You will be experienced within Purchase/Sales ledger and payroll for the role of Accounts Assistant.
A strong knowledge of Excel/IT packages is required.
For the role of Accounts Assistant, experience with Macros would be highly beneficial but not essential to be considered.
