Have you worked in a mental health or clinical setting?

One of my well-known clients, a worthy charity is looking for some temporary support for 2-3 weeks to support the clinical team with some administration tasks.

The role involves:

• You will provide administrative support to Clinical Service centre, which provides assessment and treatment to individuals.

• You will play a key role in processing and responding to referrals, communicating with various departments, as well as proving administrative support to the clinical team.

• You will book appointments and liaise with interpreters as well as dealing with general queries and updating records.

You will have in depth knowledge of administration systems and Microsoft packages.

You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and work well under pressure.

This is a short-term booking; you will need to commit to duration and be available immediately and had a recent DBS.
