Quantity Surveyor - Northamptonshire/Midlands - Salary up to £40k + car allowance

We are working with a rapidly growing business who are looking for people to grow with them.

They are a nationwide highways contractor specialising in street lighting, traffic signs, technology, and more.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working from their offices in Northamptonshire. You would be managing projects of various sizes covering the Midlands area, Northampton and Wellingborough. Contracts used are NEC Contracts so you will need to have experience of administering these.

You will be responsible for ensuring clear and accurate budgets are produced and will carry out site visits and client meetings to aid in forging strong and effective relationship with both clients and internal departments to ensure the contract is completed within its projected budget.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is ideally Degree qualified in quantity surveying. You will be great at prioritising effectively, and a strong communicator.
