Pro-Found are looking to recruit a Driver/Installer for our client based in Killamarsh, S21

Driver/Installer Benefits:

• Pay: £13.50 per hour DOE
• Location: Killamarsh, S21
• Hours: 7am to finish (core hours 7am to 4pm) - flexibility required
• Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
• Some overnight stays - fully expensed by the client
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract: Temporary ongoing - potential to become permanent

The role:

Required to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle, delivering and installing outdoor furniture to locations around the UK.

Duties:

• Driving 7.5 tonne vehicle - vehicle has to be left on site so you will need your own transport to get to and from Killamarsh
• Basic installation of furniture, benches and tables
• Using hand tools
• Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods
• Handling driver dockets, paperwork & cash
• Avoiding damages to stock through proper manual handling
• Daily checking of delivery vehicles
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Must be flexible with hours
• Strong work ethic. Be able to work using own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Be a team player

Criteria:

• Valid UK driving licence with valid category entitlement
• Valid CPC
• No more than 3 points on driving licence
• Previous experience in a similar delivery role is essential
• Willingness to work on site as well as drive
• Strong customer service skills
• No unspent convictions as the role requires s basic DBS check
