Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

This role ensures the production of safe, legal, and high-quality products by managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and driving technical standards. Key responsibilities include acting as deputy for the Head of Technical, addressing product issues, and managing customer KPIs. The role also involves overseeing QMS implementation, developing teams through coaching and training, and leading HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP teams.

Additional duties include managing audits, ensuring accurate product specifications, and tracking performance data to drive continuous improvement. The role supports technical incidents, customer complaints, and compliance with health and safety regulations, with occasional travel required for business needs.
