About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager on behalf of our esteemedclient, for two sites based in Finchley. This exciting opportunity is for a prime residential and fit out projectthat demands a skilled professional ideally with a background in high end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:? Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope,and within budget? Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards? Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communicationand collaboration? Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure project documentation is up-to-date? Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly

Requirements? Extensive experience in construction, with a significant focus on refurbishment and conversionprojects? Proven track record of managing projects involving steel frame extensions (airspace)? Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritieseffectively? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail? In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills?
