Multi-Skilled Engineer - Norfolk
Salary: circa £50K + Benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)

We're working with a large, reputable food manufacturer in Norfolk looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer to their growing team. This role offers an excellent salary package, benefits, and long-term career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Reactive breakdowns and proactive PPMs on a wide range of food processing equipment
Fault-finding and repair on both mechanical and electrical systems
Supporting continuous improvement and engineering reliability initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

Multi-skilled with a strong mix of mechanical and electrical expertise
Holds a relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, etc.)
Previous experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Cummatable from: Wisbech, Downham Market, Kings Lynn, Swaffham, Hunstanton, Fakenham, Long Sutton, March, and Dereham.
