We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a thriving and busy department, to assist and learn from an experienced team of Solicitors in the heart of Leamington Spa.Our client is looking for a hard-working, organised, and highly motivated individual to assist the highly rated Residential Conveyancing ream with an existing and constantly expanding caseload.The successful candidate will be able to:

• Provide administrative support to lawyers in the department
• Communicate effectively with clients, brokers and agents
• Issue draft contracts
• Submit AP1's and deal with requisitions from the Land Registry
• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
• Monitor the organisation of files from opening to closing and archiving of matters
