Title: Quantity Surveyor

Contract: Permanent

Location: Canterbury

Salary: up to £65 + Car and Package

The role:

An opportunity to join a leading main contracting business, reporting to the Senior QS. Covering the South East area.

What's expected from you:

• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
• Preconstruction surveying experience
• Good understanding of budget management
• Meausrement and quoute experience, happy to be on site
• Negotiating and networking skills
• Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages
• Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor tender returns
• Completion of Subcontract orders and variations
• Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts
• Completing Monthly CVRs and cost reporting
