DB Charles Recruitment are working on a brilliant new opportunity with an exciting business based in Lincoln for a new Back End Software Engineer to join an established development team on a permanent basis.

The business have a well known name and reputation within the Private Healthcare industry and they hope to attract candidates enthused by the prospect of joining their team and furthering their careers.

The role as Back End Software Engineer will involve day to day duties including:

  • Adding new features
  • Enhancing existing programs
  • Designing and maintaining back end services
  • Collaborating with other internal teams
  • Working on new functionality
  • Carrying out work mainly via C# / .NET

Candidates considered for this role will be required to have a number of the below skill-sets and experiences:

  • Ideally seeking Software Engineers with 1 to 2 years worth of industry experience
  • Preferably requiring candidates to be degree / master educated graduates in Computer Science or Programming
  • Previous experience working as a Back End Software Engineer
  • They will be required to have knowledge and experience of C# & .NET
  • Additional desirable skills in Azure, Terraform, Git & SQL would be highly advantageous
  • An up to date GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating previous work / skills would be handy
  • Ability to work in a hybrid permanent position in Lincoln requiring someone to be in the office x2 days per week
  • The role will require someone to be based close to Lincoln or willing to relocate to the Lincoln area.

The client is working with DB Charles Recruitment closely to successfully recruit the right candidate and are looking to pay a salary dependent on experience of between £31,000 to £39,000 per annum. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm and other additional benefits on offer with the role will include:
