Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in English or a related subject.
• Experience teaching English at secondary level (Key Stages 3 and 4); Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about English and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
