Our teams are putting the world's retailers online using the cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT. About the Role

The Change Project Manager sits within our continuous improvement function, and takes full ownership and accountability for large scale end-to-end change projects, supporting internal departments and project delivery teams.

The Lead Change Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects to enhance the capability, efficiency and effectiveness of Technology Operations managing change across organisation, process and tooling. They will have budget, people management and decision-making responsibilities with leadership qualities to drive each stage of their project with various internal teams. The Change Manager wears two hats ensuring change best practices are followed whilst delivering to project deadlines. They must be adept at championing the change, dealing with challenges and resistance, risk/issues, reporting, as well as being instrumental in driving our company culture and values.

The Lead Change Project Manager will apply change best practices (E.g. PROSCI Methodology) to the delivery of projects to ensure there is great engagement, the change is successfully deployed and the benefits are realised and sustained. The type of projects you could be accountable for will vary - from leading large scale organisational change, process and software deployments, to rolling out complex MHE upgrades across our international portfolio of CFCs. As Ocado Group continues to change the way the world shops, our change project delivery team will remain flexible to rise to the evolving challenges.

The role is based in our Hatfield head office, but UK/international travel will be required.
