It must be an individual who has a customer-centric mindset and is happy to deal with internal questions, queries and requests from internal colleagues.The key components of the Payroll Supervisor role is:

• Stakeholder management
• Supervising payroll administers
• Oversight of end to end payroll process
• Review and development of payroll process and controls
• Adherence with HMRC compliance
