Residential Conveyancing, Solicitor or Legal Executive – 2yrs+ PQE

The Opportunity:

• This boutique law firm, based in Newton Abbot, is recruiting for its conveyancing team and searching for a technically excellent lawyer
• There is already an existing caseload and referrals from other departments
• You will be working within this small practice and you will be a true team player
• You will have administrative support

What will you do?

• Handle a mixture of sales & purchase files
• Manage freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and equity transactions
• Work on a realistic sized caseload within this supportive team  
• Work closely with senior lawyers to increase your experience & confidence

What do you need?

• At least 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Residential Property law experience 
• Unqualified candidates who are able to run their own caseload are encouraged to apply
