Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs? Join our dedicated team at a secondary boys' school in Hounslow as a SEN Teaching Assistant. We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individual to support our students and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.- Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).- Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development.- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and SEN coordinators.- Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of SEN students.- Assist with personal care needs when necessary.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the holistic development of students.

Requirements:- Previous experience working with SEN students in a school setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Desirable:- Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs.- Experience with specific SEN conditions such as autism, ADHD, or dyslexia.
