Teacher of Business KS4, KS5 and BTEC

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons covering key areas of business studies such as finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business ethics.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all can thrive in business education.
• Stay current with industry trends to keep the curriculum relevant and impactful.
• Teach essential business studies concepts, including business operations, management principles, and economic theories.
• Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and simulations to bring business theories to life for students.
• Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records of assessments, grades, and attendance.
• Uphold school policies, particularly regarding safeguarding, health and safety, and student welfare.

Business Studies Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or PGCE) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Business Studies.
• Proven experience in teaching Business Studies to KS4/5 and BTEC Level 3 students.
