Job Title: ISO, Quality, Process & Compliance Specialist
Location: ​HO based in Weybridge, but travel to various offices throughout the UK will be required but fully expensed
Pay rate: £​2​6.16 per hour (​£51,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.​00pm
Working pattern: Hybrid

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Process​, Quality and Compliance Specialist to ​join a Global organisation and act as the primary expert in system management and business processes​ for the UK, helping to improve efficiency across the organi​sation. This role involves overseeing compliance management systems and ensuring all regulatory, quality, environmental, and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Strategy & Management Systems:
Develop, implement, and manage compliance strategies, covering areas such as Health & Safety, Environmental, Sustainability, Quality, Legal Compliance, and contractual requirements. Maintain and improve the company's ISO management systems.

ISO Certifications & Audits:
Coordinate external ISO certification audits and support internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems. Identify best practices and share them across teams.

Reporting & Monitoring:
Regularly report on compliance metrics, KPIs, and progress toward compliance objectives. Monitor changes in legislation and ensure successful adoption and compliance across the business.

Governance & Risk Management:
Monitor compliance with the governance structure, ensuring risks are identified, and control mechanisms are in place. Track and mitigate risks at a site level.

Training & Guidance:
Provide training and support to staff on ISO standards and compliance requirements, ensuring ongoing competency within the workforce.

Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:
Assist with customer questionnaires, RFPs, RFIs, and audits. Represent the organization in external compliance discussions and influence stakeholders to deliver the compliance strategy.

Sustainability & Environmental Support:
Support the organization's sustainability goals and manage the Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, waste management, and energy reporting requirements.

Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) Support:
Support the HSQE, Facilities, and Fleet teams, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met. Attend relevant meetings and help implement corrective actions as needed.

Compliance Documentation & Communication:
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of compliance activities, including audits, inspections, and reports. Communicate all actions and responsibilities clearly to relevant teams.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing ISO standards and compliance systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
Experience in risk management and governance​Desired Skills:

Experience with customer-facing compliance tasks (questionnaires, audits, RFPs)
​Extensive experience of writing management procedures and process flow charts

​Experience in management systems development and maintenance for Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety and Energy Management
Familiarity with GDPR, JSOX, and other industry-specific standards
Ability to drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and systems.Work Environment:
This role will involve interaction with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organi​sation. The specialist will be expected to ensure compliance in all areas of business operations while supporting sustainability and environmental initiatives
