SEN Secondary Teacher
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Salary: £34,000 to £44,000
Are you an experienced SEN Secondary Teacher looking for a new role?
Remedicare Education has exciting opportunities for SEN Teachers for Secondary within our Phoenix Centre. We currently run an alternative provision. We are looking for teachers who want to make a real difference to the pupils they teach!
We have 25 students accessing our service currently with most of those students being of secondary age. We are now offering AQA awards to these students and want an experienced secondary teacher to come in and help develop our current offering.
Your time will be split, with classroom-based learning on a 1to1 basis and then providing outreach to our higher need students. Building education packages and delivering them alongside our outreach mentors.
Requirements:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and employ a dynamic teaching approach.
* Have experience within a SEN setting
* Be up to date on the UK Curriculum
* Showcase adaptability and resilience in different classroom settings.
* Maintain professional standards while building rapport with students and staff.
Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
We could look at either full time or part time contracts initially
