This role is perfect for a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE, and will give exposure to a number of areas of civil litigation, allowing you to take the next step in your career.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of civil disputes.
• Providing clear, strategic advice to clients and representing them in negotiations, mediations, and litigation
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including letters of claim and defences
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years PQE in Dispute Resolution or Litigation
• Strong experience in managing a range civil disputes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, solution focused approach to client matters
