Maintenance Engineer - Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm - Salary up to £44,000

Are you an electrically biased, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with food industry experience?

This is a great opportunity to join an established company that's part of a larger group while maintaining a family feel on site.

Permanent Early Shift - Monday to Friday (6 AM - 2 PM) - No weekends
£44,000 + benefits

Commutable from Northampton, Rugby, Banbury, Leamington Spa, Milton Keynes & surrounding areas

Responsibilities:
Planned & reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
Fault finding & repairs on a range of food production and packaging machinery
Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting, working with PLCs, conveyors, and automation systems
Continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing engineering solutions
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
