This partner led, independent Property Group are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the team in Newcastle.
 
This is a superb opportunity for someone to work on a portfolio that includes both resi and commercial properties, which will really help improve your overall PM experience.

The firm operate in various areas of property including Property/Asset Management, Surveying, Town Planning, Rural and Agricultural Consulting and Residential Estate Agency.

You will deal with all aspects of Property Management, including day to day repairs, client queries, insurance renewals & claims, processing invoices, dealing with clients and tenants regarding credit control/arrears and service charge budgeting and reconciliations.
 
What you will have

Residential Property Management experience is essential
Commercial Property Management experience is desirable
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The motivation to continue learning and gain professional qualifications
