The successful candidate must have the following essential skills: - A minimum of 8 years demolition experience with a broad spectrum of project knowledge. - Relevant Professional Qualifications. - Membership to a chartered body would be desirable. - Strong certified training credentials to support experience is essential. - Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills. - An understanding of SHE regulations. - Ability to manage multiple sites. - Obtain a CCDO Supervisor Gold card as a minimum, supported by NVQ Level 4 - Good communication skills, liaising with subcontractors to coordinate activities - Able to manage control and be commercially aware of your project costs and be able to refer to the tender allowances for the project - Knowledge and ability to produce Site Waste, Environmental and Traffic Management Plans.
