Job: Catering Team Lead

Location: Chislehurst Kent
Pay: £16.77 per hour
Shifts: 4 on 4 off

Full Time - 35 Hours a week (Shifts between 7 AM - 18:30)

We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic catering team lead to join our wonderful client based in Chislehurst. If you have a passion for food and looking to support a community of the Elderly this is the role for you!

Role Overview:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
Support the catering manager running the kitchen
Help design the menu for the week
Support unique dietary requirements like liquid diets
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
Support the kitchen team with daily tasks.
Ensure food safety standards are met.
Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
