Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their proper based near Dartford, Kent

The role entails (but is not limited to):

Maintaining the firms' reputation for excellent customer service.

Meeting with clients to ensure their interests are maintained.

Prospecting and listing properties and growing the portfolio of clients.

Navigating the negotiation process efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.

Promoting all services provided by the company.

A successful candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

At least 2 years' experience within competitive customer facing roles.

A full UK driving licence with own transport.

The want to build a career in the property market.

An excellent attitude and a lot of enthusiasm.

Great knowledge of Dartford and the surrounding areas.

A target driven mentality.

The salary for this position is between £20,000 and £22,000 per annum with the OTE being between £30,000 which will rise with prorgession

This role is full-time 5 days a week Monday to Friday between 9AM and 6PM
