PROJECT MANAGER - HIGH END / PRIME RESIDENTIAL

To oversee the management and performance of projects from inception to completion, including overall programme management, resource allocation, client, and consultant relations.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction or Management or equivalent
• Site Managers Safety Training Scheme course
• First Aid at Work Level 3
• Competency in use of all Procore Site management tools
• Compentency in MS Office and MS Projects

EPERIENCE

• 10+ Construction experience
• High end residential for the last 5-7 years
