We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale groundworks and civil engineering project .This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join a growing, family-run business with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage site operations from foundations to slabs, including drainage, paving, curbing, tarmacking, and external works.

* Oversee the construction of 70 new units

* Prepare work schedules, track progress, and report on site performance.

* Conduct meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.

* Deliver toolbox talks and ensure health and safety compliance.

* Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience in groundworks, with a background in either main contractor or sub-contractor roles.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Proficient in using software for work programming and progress tracking.

* Ability to manage site logistics, labour, and client relations.

* Full, clean driving license.
