About the Role

As a Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will:

Work alongside the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable and consistent service for residents.
Act as the primary relationship holder for residents within your assigned patch, covering approximately (Apply online only) homes aligned with local authority areas.
Focus on improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents are happy in their homes.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role.
A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes.

What We Offer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP.
Location: On-site every day, ensuring direct engagement with residents.
Contract Type: Ongoing contract with potential to become permanent
