Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + 10%-20% bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager - Construction Materials / Structural Waterproofing will involve:

* Field based sales position promoting a range of construction materials such as: concrete repair, construction chemicals, structural waterproofing, joints, resin flooring and anchors

* 65% selling directly to contractors, the remaining 35% selling to builders merchants such as: Keyline, Travis Perkins, Jewson, Scott Parnell, Parkers Buildings etc

* Once up and running will be targeted to turnover £1m

* Predominately new business however will be given accounts to manage

* Will be expected to generate new business however this will be predominantly with existing accounts

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Construction Materials / Structural Waterproofing with:

* Ideally working within a merchants with contacts in the industry

* Ideally working in the construction materials sector selling related products sich as: concrete repair, sealants, construction chemicals, structural waterproofing, screeding, joint filling, grouts & anchors, resin flooring, sealants, protective coating

* Ideally sold to both contractors and merchants previously

* Must be able to build relationships and break down doors

* Professional, organised and driven
