Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive sales and membership strategies with leadership.
- Channel Optimisation: Oversee face-to-face and telesales teams to ensure effective member acquisition and conversion.
- Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to maximise member activation and engagement from day one.
- Community Engagement: Lead outreach efforts to increase visibility and foster local connections.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and motivate sales and membership teams to achieve ambitious KPIs.
- Performance Monitoring: Create a culture of continuous improvement through training, development and performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Use insights to refine strategies, recommend initiatives and report on sales engagement and retention.
- Tech Innovation: Evaluate and integrate marketing technologies to optimise workflows and enhance performance.
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with marketing to align customer communications across all channels.
