This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrician to transition into a Lecturer role in Electrical Installation within a supportive Further Education college in Wiltshire. No prior teaching experience is required — our client will provide full training and fund all teaching qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and hands-on lessons in Electrical Installation to learners aged 16+

* Support students with theory and practical work, preparing them for assessments and real-world work

* Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to develop learning materials and schemes of work

* Track and support student progress to help them achieve their qualifications

* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for:

* Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* 3+ years of on-site industry experience

* Passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring others

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Willingness to undertake teacher training and qualifications (provided)

Desirable (but not essential):

* 18th Edition or other relevant industry certificates

* Assessor or IQA qualifications

* Previous supervisory or mentoring experience
