You will focus on commercial matters with some flexibility to assist the residential team during very busy periods. Key duties will include:-

• Managing property finance and investment.
• Experience required for development, infrastructure and planning projects.
• Managing the sale, purchase and lease of land or property.
• Leasehold management.
• Landlord and tenant.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts.
• Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals.
• Opportunity to grow and manage a commercial team.

You will need excellent client-facing and relationship building skills along with the ability to communicate complex legal matters. You will also be keen to business develop and possess strong commercial awareness.
