Due to company growth we are currently recruiting for an Electronics Repair Technician working Monday to Friday to join a well-established electronics company based in Stoke On Trent. Free parking and an early finish on a Friday are just of the perks with this family run business!
 
This Electronics Repair Technician role is permanent with a salary of approx £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
 
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (Apply online only)); Friday 8am-2pm (Apply online only))
 
As an Electronics Repair Technician you will be working in a small team of 5 reporting to the General Manager with responsibility for the following:

Evaluating items for repair and diagnosing faults.
Repairing and testing the electrical devices which could include Rectifiers, Power Supplies, Inverters and Drives.
Assist with PDU Builds, Battery Testing and Site Installations.
Ordering of new supplies, as per repair requests.
Creating documentation to support products.
You should be willing to attend training courses where appropriate. 
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

Previous experience working as an Electronics Repair Technician, Solderer, PCB Assembler or similar
Electrical fault-finding diagnosis and test
Soldering skills
Any experience with crimping would be advantageous
Good IT skills to record information
Excellent communication skills to liase with customers regarding their products.
