Our client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the deployment and reporting of business-critical projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits. The role involves managing strategy, implementation, and performance improvement initiatives within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet objectives within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Organize and develop project teams, ensuring clear communication of milestones and goals.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in processes, systems, and resources, and redefine strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while achieving desired project outcomes in productivity and quality.
- Drive initiatives focused on automation, digitization, RPA, and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze delays or failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy, controls, and efficiency.
- Perform post-implementation evaluations and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
- Align with regional and global initiatives, maintaining adherence to policies and procedures.
- Implement and manage change management strategies to secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Develop, coach, and empower team members to achieve excellence and foster a high-performing, "can-do" team spirit.
Key Skills
- Proven expertise in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Power BI, and business-specific reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team alignment and success.
- Familiarity with automation, digitization, and innovative technologies like RPA and AI.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high performance under pressure.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP methodologies preferred.
- Experience or certifications in project management, change management, or stakeholder management are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years in an analytical or similar role, preferably within a logistics or multinational organization.
- Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Management, Change Management, IT, or a related field.
