Our client has been a prominent figure in the Domiciliary Market for over a decade, recently solidifying their position as a market leader after acquiring several companies across the North of the UK in 2023. As a result, they are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager in Mexborough!

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Monitoring and enforcing compliance.

* Keeping up to date with CQC regulations and legislation, ensuring all services are compliant.

* Championing high-quality service delivery.

* Ensuring adherence to our client's Development, Training, and Supervision policies.

* Advocating for Person-Centred Care.

* Conducting spot checks.

* Directly managing a team, including Care Coordinators and Assessment and Review Officers.

* Fostering relationships with health and social care professionals, clients, local authorities, and customers, identifying new business opportunities.

* Promoting choice and flexibility while empowering service users to live independently.

* Assisting in developing and refining robust systems and procedures.

About You:

* Prior experience working as a Senior Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager, Field Care Supervisor, or Care Manager.

* 2+ years' experience working within Domcare.

* Strong leadership, communication, and care delivery skills.

* A UK driving licence.
