Job Title: Landscape Architect / Senior Landscape Architect

Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid working - 1day WFH)

Salary: £DOE

The Role

We are seeking a number of Landscape Architects to join a growing practice in their Chelmsford office. As the successful candidate you'll ideally be chartered and have a strong background working on large scale residential developments.

The Company

This company is a multi-disciplinary practice works across residential schemes, commercial, landscape, urban design, healthcare, interior design, sports & leisure facilities and retail projects.

The role will require

* Prepare landscape drawings including hard & soft landscape

* Masterplans

* Prepare LVIA

* Site visits

* Prepare reports such as access statements

* Support Landscape Director with delivering landscape projects

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Relevant degree

* Chartered

* 3+ years experience

* Previous experience working on large residential developments

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office

* Salary is dependent on experience as there are multiple roles on offer
