Customer Service Advisor12 months Fixed-Term Contract / £22,500 per annum / West Malling, HybridMy client, a UK wide leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing customer services team on a 12 months fixed-term contract.The successful candidate will either be looking to get a year’s office experience under their belt, or simply have previous office experience looking for a contract position.Key Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support to customers by email and telephone
• Ensuring customer queries are actioned in appropriate time keeping up with the teams SLA’s
• To work towards providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Inputting data onto the internal database
• General administration duties

Essential Skillset

• Some exposure to an office-based role is desirable
• Previous experience in a customer service or admin role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• ‘can-do’ attitude
