What You'll Do:
As a First Charge Mortgage Case Manager, you'll provide top-notch service to our customers. You'll manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, review cases, and maintain communication with customers throughout the process. You'll also liaise with third parties like mortgage companies and solicitors.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in achieving targets and outbound calling
* Ability to adapt quickly and maintain compliance
* Strong attention to detail and excellent people skills
* Experience in a regulated finance company is a plus
