Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and supportive primary school in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a diverse and vibrant Early Years class, providing essential support to both the children and the class teacher.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Early Years, be passionate about child development, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. You will play a key role in supporting the class teacher to ensure that all children are able to reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in daily activities and lesson delivery
Work with small groups and 1:1 with students to provide tailored support
Help create a stimulating and safe learning environment
